You can use pretty much any inner-tube as long as they state that it is good for 700x40C tires.

While you can fit a Dunlop or Presta Valve in the rim holes this is not recommended because the inner-tube could be pinched by the edges of the rim hole leaving you with frequent flat tires and irreparable inner-tubes.
